Rajat Sethi, Managing Director, Dentsu Marcom, has put in his papers. He had joined the agency on September 24, 2009. Sethi is yet to decide on his next destination. Meanwhile, no decision has been taken on his replacement at Dentsu Marcom yet.

Confirming the development to exchange4media, Sethi cited difference in leadership and management styles as the reason for quitting the agency. On his next move, he said, “I have a couple of opportunities and will decide soon.”

Rajat is also a guest speaker at several management and communications institutes in India. Recently, he was invited as a speaker at the 2009 India Business Conference held in Harvard Business School, Boston.
